What do you think about same sex marriage?

I have to do an essay on same sex marriage. But i don't know how to write it.I would like to know why you are against it or with it?

I am against all forms of marriage, whether it is for same sex or opposite sex couples, because it is an outdated institution that no longer serves its original function. However, to the degree that denying it deprives individuals of rights they would otherwise have, I support allowing same sex couples to marry.
